  • Daud APRN, MSN, FNP-C
    Nurse Practitioner

Hello, I'm Daud. I started my healthcare professional journey 16 years ago when I worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 6 years with Fry's Food and Drug. I started my nursing profession journey at Central Arizona College, Coolidge, Arizona. After my ADN, I went back to school for my Bachelors of Science degree in nursing at Western Governors University. Then, I earned my Master's Degree in nursing from Walden University in Minnesota. I worked with Corrections Corporation of America as a Correctional Registered Nurse for 5 years, where I took care of patients with chronic and acute medical conditions. I have also worked as a Home Health, Rehabilitation, Infectious diseases, and Geri-Psychiatric nurse in Phoenix for 3 years. I worked with Supplemental Healthcare Staffing Agency, where I was assigned to work at Mountain Vista Medical Center, Honor Health in Scottsdale, and HealthSouth Scottsdale. For the past 5 years, I have been busy working at a psychiatric hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. I am married with three beautiful girls. We love to travel and chat with friends in our free time. As a primary care practitioner, I am always interested in providing care services that will focus on the health and well-being of all the people I am privileged to work with. At IHMS, I plan to deliver quality patient care that will focus on health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling. I am excited about the team I will be working with at IHMS, and I look forward to meeting everyone.

    Linda Halloran
    MSN, -DNP
    Family Nurse Practitioner

Hi, my name is Linda Halloran. I am the mother of triplets, 3 sons and now the grandmother of 8 grandkids all boys!  I also play the piano and love to golf. In addition to that I am a nurse and have been one since 1975. I have worked in about every hospital setting there is. Most of the time I have been in intensive care settings I  started thinking of a different focus in  my nursing  career and that was to keep people out of the intensive care setting. I went back to school and got my Masters degree and Doctorate as a nurse practitioner. For the last 7 years I have been a nurse practitioner and educator for an online nursing program in Denver. My goal is to help people stay health especially those that do not have the ability to get to a doctor's office. I look forward to the opportunity to help you.

  • Brooke Brooke
    Family Nurse Practitioner

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and ENT specialist. I began my career as an ENT specialist, and then wanted to spend more time with the overall health of patients so I became a family care provider. I spent time as a Medical Director at a clinic in Phoenix helping an under-served population get access to quality medical care. I also worked for SCAN Health Plan doing HCC diagnosis and home assessments. After that I worked for Healthcare Partners doing house calls, and keeping very sick patients out of the hospital. I still do shifts at the clinic downtown, as well as precepting Nurse Practitioner students.  I have had clinical experience with the VA Medical Center, Planned Parenthood, Hospice of the Valley, West Valley Pain Management, WJ Family Practice, and Desert Valley Pediatrics. I also worked at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center for 8 years with high risk pregnancies/premature babies, surgery, resource and in the acute trauma rehab. In addition, have spent time teaching nursing students as a clinical instructor for Gateway Community College. I am a lifetime student and plan on furthering my education in pursuit of a Doctorate or PhD.  I try to attend every conference available to me that will compliment and expand my expertise, as I love to learn. I am originally from Winter Park, Colorado. I have 2 beautiful daughters 20 years apart, who are my pride joy. I also love animals, movies and traveling. I also am an Author of a children's book called Theodore the Great. I love what I do, and enjoy taking care of patients.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I am writing this as a personal thank you to IHMS and their staff, partially Lisa Magdaleno. Since I have been involved with Lisa, IHMS and their staff of doctors. They have been nothing but professional and extremely response to anything needed for my mother. The doctors have incredible knowledge of geriatric patents and there special needs. I have found that Lisa has been very responsive at all times of the day or night. On getting back to me on any issues with my mother. The doctors that have had interaction with my mother have been excellent. I would always recommend IHMS and Lisa to anyone who wants and needs a highly professional medical team taking care of their love one when they need it most.
  • "" Brooke was very warm and caring. Her examination was very thorough. Best of all it was all done in the comfort of my own home. Thank you.""

  • "I moved my 91 year old mother from an assisted living facility in Colorado to one in Arizona this spring. Moving can be hard for anyone, but especially for an older person. Brooke Eisenhart and her staff at Integrated Health Mobile Service have made the transistion so much easier. My mother found Brooke to be very considerate and respectful. I appreciate how thorough Brooke is. I have dealt with Lisa, the office manager, and she is very effecient and kind. Lisa answers my questions and returns phone calls in a timely manner and is very helpful. It is a blessing to find caring people like this group for mother and for me!

  • "I am so very pleased to write this testimonial for Integrated Healthcare MOBILE Solutions. My husband Ted had a major stroke three years ago. Needless to say, arranging transportation, medical appointments , blood and urine samples for the first two years has been a nightmare. About a year ago I contacted Lisa at IHMS. With in days every service including physical therapy and dental was coming to our home! What a relief, I cannot tell you how much we both appreciated the prompt service with prescriptions, letters to various medical equipment people as well as deferment letters for jury duty. Thank goodness that the entire staff as well as all the doctors are such caring and loving people. Homebound folks and seniors could not have better care today. IHMS is never too busy to help."
    Sincerely, Ted and Sandy Kyle
