Nichole MSN, FNP-CFamily Nurse Practitioner
Hello! My name is Nichole. I am originally from Chicago, Illinois, but I have been in Arizona
since 2007. I am married with two young children, Addison and Alexander, and a puppy Brutus.
Together we spend our time swimming, completing puzzles, and I love to read, in any free time I
might have.
I graduated from nursing school at The Ohio State University in 2004. I spent most of my nursing
career in the cardiac intensive care unit or cardiovascular operating room. After almost 15 years of
nursing I decided to further my career and go back to school. In 2018 I graduated from Southern
University in Savannah, Georgia. Since graduation I have been the Director of Nursing and Nurse
Practitioner at a cardiac clinic and outpatient center in Phoenix.
I am now taking a holistic approach when caring for my patients and will be practicing home health
with IHMS. I am very excited to be here and reach an entirely new population of people. I look
forward to meeting you!!.

Phillip MSN, FNP-CNurse Practitioner
Hi, my name is Phillip and I am working with and learning from the amazing providers here at
IHMS to join them in the summer of 2020. My background is in acute and critical care, caring for
patients as a RN in Surgical, Burn, Trauma, Neuro, Cardiovascular, and Medical ICUs in addition
to caring for patients in Nursing Homes, Assisted Livings, Hospice, and Urgent Care settings. I
began my nursing career in Wisconsin, where I was born and raised, but moved to Arizona to
escape the snow and continued my education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
I look forward to treating each patient with the same dignity and respect that I would want my
loved ones treated with as their health care provider while working with each one to develop a
plan of care focused on their well-being and safety. I hope to meet you soon! -
Dr.Linda HalloranMSN, -DNPFamily Nurse Practitioner
Hi, my name is Linda Halloran. I am the mother of triplets, 3 sons and now the grandmother of 8 grandkids all boys! I also play the piano and love to golf. In addition to that I am a nurse and have been one since 1975. I have worked in about every hospital setting there is. Most of the time I have been in intensive care settings I started thinking of a different focus in my nursing career and that was to keep people out of the intensive care setting. I went back to school and got my Masters degree and Doctorate as a nurse practitioner. For the last 7 years I have been a nurse practitioner and educator for an online nursing program in Denver. My goal is to help people stay health especially those that do not have the ability to get to a doctor's office. I look forward to the opportunity to help you.

I also worked for SCAN Health Plan doing HCC diagnosis and home assessments. After that I worked for Healthcare Partners doing house calls, and keeping very sick patients out of the hospital. I still do shifts at the clinic downtown, as well as precepting Nurse Practitioner students. I have had clinical experience with the VA Medical Center, Planned Parenthood, Hospice of the Valley, West Valley Pain Management, WJ Family Practice, and Desert Valley Pediatrics. I also worked at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center for 8 years with high risk pregnancies/premature babies, surgery, resource and in the acute trauma rehab. In addition, have spent time teaching nursing students as a clinical instructor for Gateway Community College. I am a lifetime student and plan on furthering my education in pursuit of a Doctorate or PhD. I try to attend every conference available to me that will compliment and expand my expertise, as I love to learn. I am originally from Winter Park, Colorado. I have a beautiful daughter Rori who is my pride joy. I also love animals, movies and traveling. I love what I do, and enjoy taking care of patients.
